Flavia Maximiana Theodora, also known as Theodora, was a Roman Empress and wife of Emperor Constantius Chlorus. She was born in the year 275 in Emesa, Syria, and was of Arab origin.

Theodora was notable for her beauty and virtue, and was praised by many writers of the time, including Lactantius and Eusebius of Caesarea. She was also a devout Christian and played a role in spreading Christianity throughout the Roman Empire.

Theodora and Constantius Chlorus had two sons together, who both later became Roman Emperors: Constantine the Great and Flavius Julius Constans.

After the death of Constantius Chlorus in 306, Theodora retired to a life of religious devotion and passed away in the mid-4th century. Despite her contributions and influence during her life, little is known about her in modern times, and she is often overshadowed by her famous son, Constantine the Great.
